What is the hiring process like?
The hiring typically looks something like this:
  1. 1. Introduction: to get an idea of who you are and what you are looking for.
  2. 2. Technical Interview: to evaluate technical ability.
  3. 3. Founder Call: to answer questions about the company.
  4. 4. Offer: An offer will be sent.
What type of benefits do you offer to full-time staff?
  • - Profit Sharing: A portion of all company profits will be distributed as a cash payout to all staff.
  • - Paid Vacation: 20 days after one year.
  • - Work from home aid: We are a remote-first company and we pay our team to make improvements to their place of work.
  • - Training and Certification Program: Training and certifications are paid for by Zaelot in selected training paths.
  • - Language Instruction: If English is not your native language, we provide group, one-on-one tutoring, and plenty of casual environments to help you improve your language skills.
